Amayra Solutions provides IT services including software development, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, networking, IT infrastructure, and AMC support. All services are subject to separate service agreements and SOWs (Statement of Work).
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Amayra Solutions and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Custom software developed for clients becomes their property upon full payment, as specified in individual service agreements.
Amayra Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
We treat all client information as strictly confidential. We do not disclose client data, project details, or business information to third parties without explicit written consent, except as required by law.
Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Generally, projects require a deposit before commencement. AMC contracts are billed annually or quarterly as agreed. Late payments may incur interest charges as specified in the contract.
Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved through mutual negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to arbitration under Indian Arbitration law, with jurisdiction in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal action shall be brought in the courts of Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
